That Ain't It Movie Trivia

That Ain't It! Movie Trivia High Scorer:

An Interview with Claudio V.
Claudio V. was selected for the 2012 That Ain't It! Movie Trivia Hall of Fame because he has scored over $500 million in Game Show. That's an all-time high score - way to go, Claudio!

Tell us a little bit about yourself...
I live in Sydney, Australia; work in Credit Control/Debt Collections; 80's fan of Metal/Glam rock; Fave bands of all time: Kiss, Bon Jovi, Van Halen; Guitar heroes: PAUL STANLEY; RICHIE SAMBORA; EDDIE VAN HALEN; have probably one of the biggest Japanese CD collections on Bon Jovi & Richie Sambora (99% still factory sealed); love my 5 guitars & I am a devoted fan of Hollywood... I still can't get enough of movies & some of the amazing TV series USA is producing.

Describe your interest in trivia...

I was never really interested in PLAYING trivia games; other than guessing answers (in my mind) occasionally while watching "Who wants to be a millionaire". That Ain't It! Movie was the first that really got my attention because it was fully focused on the Hollywood culture, which fascinated me since I was very young.

What are some of your favorite iPhone apps?
I don't really have faves as I don't play much. That Ain't It is on top of my list. I also started to play "Who's The Smartest - Vocabulary" (also produced by IMAK) and it is very challenging & makes your brain bleed at times ;-)

What's your favorite category in That Ain't It! Movie Trivia?
Stars

What's your least favorite category?
Production (it can get really tricky there)

What new features would you most like to see added to That Ain't It! Movie Trivia?
Trivia about kick-ass TV series. The USA produce the BEST TV series known to mankind & as you may be aware these TV series motivate fans to create and join forums entirely dedicated to these shows; which means that there's knowledge out there & if there's knowledge, there's a market for it. Imagine inserting questions regarding shows that stimulate your brain to think overtime like LOST; 24; HOMELAND; AWAKE; PRISON BREAK, just to name a few that are full of conspiracy theories & super rich in plot and info. With LOST you have enough material to write a game on its own.

How many games did it take you before you won $1M? Do you have any advice to give others who would like to win $1M in Game Show?
Ouch...! It took me quite a few attempts. My original problem was that my normal instinct was to answer the correct answer not the "Incorrect" one. The purpose of this game is to answer what is NOT correct and it took me a while to "adjust" and think in "reverse".
Advice? Sure: Read all the possible answers; don't jump at the first you see, you have 30 seconds & that's more than enough time to read the questions over 4-5 times EACH. READ & THINK. Sometimes the answer is common sense (even if you don't know the answer). If the question is "Jobs related to AUDIO EDITING" obviously "Make-up artist" will take the guess out of the question. With practice you will get faster and with concentration you will achieve a perfect score nine out of ten times.
